| Win 98 Service Packs Hi ya, I have an older computer that wont handle XP due to memory and speed limitations. I would like to load win98 on it. Im wondering if anyone knows if there is a downloadable service pack or something I can burn to disk so I dont have to download it using a 56k modem. I did see the IE6 thread which is nice...are there anyother packs available? thanks very much  |

| Hi Apax, I think you're out of luck. I still run a couple of 98 machines and the last time I installed (to an ageing laptop) I had to let it do all the updates. But, I do have BroadBand! If you do find something, I'd be interested in it too. Good Luck! |

|  Well, there is this... UNOFFICIAL Windows98 Second Edition Service Pack 1.5 But as it says, it is for Windows 98 Second Edition only.
