|  I just purchased this scanner, loaded the HP PrecisionScan Pro software, the ME driver update and I can't get the darn thing to work. I get this error - sorry couldn't find required library (please reload the software). Any ideas?

| Saw this on the hp website,I don't know if this is the update you are talking about or not.sometimes,you have to completely uninstall all hp drivers ,then load the new drivers to a folder ,then shut off your machine,plug in your scanner,reboot the computer and point the plug and play to the folder where you placed the drivers..remember a complete uninstall of the old drivers. good luck QUOTE]Originally posted by sawpdx I just purchased this scanner, loaded the HP PrecisionScan Pro software, the ME driver update and I can't get the darn thing to work. | How do I point the Plug and Play to the driver folder?
