| Wireless and Win98SE? I'm getting a wireless card for my Win98SE PC, possibly a "g+" 108 Mbps type. With all the problems associated with wireless and Win XP, does 98SE work well with wireless cards? The ones I'm looking at do indeed have drivers for 98, but I'm wondering if it works better or worse with Win98SE. Obviously it will depend on manufacturer - I'm just wondering in general. |

| I use WiFi on an aging P1 133 laptop running 98se with only 32Mb RAM. It's with a D-Link "g" card and runs without any problem, maintaining a consistent 54mbit connection. I've never had a problem with it. Unlike Mrs MH's laptop running Wifi under XP Pro. That's always causing problems. Go for it! |

| I have two laptops using the D-link G650+ cards in win98SE linking to 2 D-link 624+ hub. On card is on an IBM A22p and the other is on a IBM 600e. Both work flawlessly. The a22p is connected thru the router to Brighthouse RR Broadband. The 600e is used on my LAN with no internet connectivity.
