| Best Buy: What's the missing box fee? The memory I purchased at Best Buy started to give me problems with my laptop about two weeks ago. So I purchased Crucial memory that is specific for my laptop and so far it has passed the test. However, when I was looking for the box that the memory came in I could not find it. I have the memory tray with the labelling, I just don't have the box that the tray came in. Does anyone have an idea of what BB will charge for losing this box? Per BB policy: Quote:

| anywere between 10-15% restock thats pretty standard. some companys will not even take it back without a box.
