Newegg.com Is the best period....

Like the title indicates newegg.com is the best online retailer. I wish they would have a retail store.

I bought a P4PE Black Pearl motherboard almost a year ago and it quit working right a few weeks ago so I RMA'd it and was surprised to see they could not replace it (no longer in stock )
Anyhoo later in the day got an email from their customer service rep and they offered me 113$ for the board which is only 20 dollars than what I paid! needless to say I took the refund and am very pleased that they offered that when the refurbed P4PE were going for 29.95 at one time

NewEgg has ALWAYS done me right.

I've probably made in the neighborhood of about 15 or so orders with NewEgg.com and have not had a single problem yet. I've even had to return things once or twice and never had a complaint about that either.

I think I deserve a discount from them. I have well over $10,000 in purchases from them over the past two years.

Must make sure that wifey does not see this thread.

Me too. I've dealt many times with them and have had zero problems.

No the standard warranty that came with the board from them, there was a warranty from Asus but I have heard they are slooow with the RMA process...
