ABX server up and down?

Has anyone else had issues with the site being slow lately?

Yesterday it wouldn't load for 10-15 minutes, and I noticed the same thing for about 5 minutes today. My brower contacts the site, but it just sits there on "Waiting for www.abxzone.com". FF or IE, same thing.

Ping and tracert reports the site is responding (ping time 45 ms) so I think it must be a vBulletin server issue or something?
