|  Custom Avatar & Custom Title Policy Just a note to let everybody know what the policies are for custom title and custom avatars, effective August 3, 2004. Custom Avatars You must be registered here for 90 days and have posted 100 times in order to be able to upload and use a custom avatar. Note that there are no standard set of avatars. Custom Titles These are designed to reward long-term participation, therefore you may choose a custom title once you have been registered here for 90 days and have posted at least 300 times.
