Please think again. We all want you stay. If you do decide to go to another tech forum please tell me where it is, as I will follow. Sanjay, please try to relax also and not to invite others to leave. There is a core of members who are the "soul" of ABXzone. KingTermite is one of them. As far as names, my real name is Tamarelle so nobody owns that. How would you like it if someone posted and said they owned the name "Sanjay"? I think your reaction would not be dissimilar to theirs. You do have control of the names we use, I am sure CJ had that control also. I am sure any administrator on any website has that same control, so I don't see what all the fuss is about. I love ABXzone, but for me, its not the website I love, its the posters that I have known here since the very beginning. Kingtermite, Ozzie, TQ, tomp, Realdieu, subzero and so many more, to many to name right here. If these people leave ABXZone, then from my vantage point, ABXZone no longer exists. Whereever they go, I go. So I want them to stay. You will see, they are the first ones to offer help, inspiration, and share knowledge with the rest of us, and our little jokes, laughter, comaraderie, all that exists in the spirit, not in a URL. Wherever they go, ABXZone will naturally be there also.

| LOL, this post wins the prize! You must have missed the humor of me referring to my Indian 'casino license'...casino's are allowed to native american indians, not East Indians. My post was a joke- not an accusation of racism. Quote:

| Hopefully people can just read some posts 2 or 3 times before jumping to conclusions... We allready had enough misunderstanding on the 5th of july.. Sanjay's intruduction may have been a bumpy short ride but i'm sure that if everyone sleeps a couple of nights over this, they will see what needs to be done. See this a chance to have a good fresh breeze blowing through this place. Gavsman, it was so clear he was joking... But I also know that english is not your native language and I'm sure it is for Sanjay by now since he is living in the States. I think humor can be easily mistaken for a serious comment if you don't speak the language as your native one.. But I'm seeing the same panic reactions here by some people that we've withnessed with every single (small) change we wanted to make in the past. If any of you live in the real world and occasionaly go outside, you will now that change is a fact of life. And a lot of times, these changes are positive.

This TQ business was a no no sanjay. Lets not see too much of that please. If Ozzie and the mods are still here, then not all is lost. A cooling off period seems like a good idea.

| Well this is a shake up, for me for the better. I tried to help this site pull its self up and move forward so many times i lost count, obviously to me part of the readership did not want to move forward and these look to be the same people who are moaning now. For a site to move it has to be dynamic and be able to make decisions quicky, this NEVER happened on the old BX and i do hope it will happen on the new ABX. Sanjay, i am hoping you have the balls to let a few drop by the wayside and push thru those who have no vision and make something good from ABX, CJ tried and always failed by listening to others to much...you own it man so do something with it. I know my post will p155 some people off and being honest there is no way i can help that...overall ABX has to move forward, it has a new owner and moaning is not helping, if you don't like the situation just leave and let those who want to move forward with sanjay, move forward. |
