Error when starting new thread

When i go to post a new thread i get a error.

Database has encountered a problem

Thank you for reporting it, if it happens again can you do a "view source" of that page and past the whole error.

That will help us trouble shoot the problem.

I just updated the vbseo yesterday, and it may be a result of the upgrade.

I figured it out VBSEO I forgot to update VBSEO lol
