Looks like overflow in the news text box. I don't have that problem myself. Is it reproduceable? Does it only occur with that particular banner?

I had the same issue lately. If I disable Javascript in Firefox it shows up fine. When I re-enable it it shows up cut off like the pictures.

Also, when i'm not signed in, the baner blocks that square on the top right where your profile goes. I have to view a thread so that I can sign in. Does anyone else notice that?
