I suggested in another thread that the reverse is true, also. i.e., that newsworthy items are showing up in the OC forum. Having every post in the right thread or the right forum is impossible, and I think on the whole, a good job is done by all. While I do not share what approaches paranoia shown by some members concerning the much discussed changes that are on the way, I am concerned that attempts to make the Zone "perfect" by removing all OT content from tech and news forums (and vice versa) will turn the Zone into a robotic place that is neither informative nor fun. I don't see that happening, but it is certainly a danger when attempts to please everone are made.

I have had a relapse of my cold, flu, whatever and have a temperature of over 101. This post makes sense to me, but may not to anyone else.

However i think we are fine to be honest there is a good mix of general interest science and computing.

However maybe more about microsoft and other OS security/bug fixes and updates, this is generally dead helpful, I always forget to click update button regulary.

we are a good news team at abx methinks ..... topics do stray off topic sometimes .... but nothing that would tarnish our rep as a computer support website ....

I have no complaints with the news items, occasionally they might stray off topic as sometimes happens in threads throughout the forum, but then do we have to have a sterile environment, were not robots, instead of pointing fingers what about a few pats on the back and say a good job done.

One more who agrees with this..... a little more breadth of acceptance for the variations of personality that in the final analysis enrich our lives, rather than the putting up of territorial fences by our individual egos that in the end, impoverish them.
