You should be able to read it since you're a member. Did you try opening the attachment that PCBruiser provided?

The permission must have been changed, even I can't download the review any longer.
It states "attachments pending approval"

Damn, this is my mistake folks. I apoligize. I replaced the original pdf file with a new one last evening. The reason I did that was that the file was not a properly protected pdf file. So, I fixed that, and reposted the attachment. What I forgot to do was "approve" the attachment in the attachment queue. I have fixed that now, and you should have no problems with the file. My fault, folks, I apologize to all members who were unable to grab swannema's review.
