error applying transforms......

hello vista experts!

i'm trying to install pinnacle studio 12 ultimate but this error message always appears - "error applying transforms. verify that the specified transform paths are valid." i already reformatted my computer but to no avail.

before this happens, i was able to install the pinnacle and works fine but unfortunately, i need to reformat my computer. then this things happens now. i'm using windows vista ultimate sp1 edition running on a core 2 duo 2ghz, 2gb memory and 250gb hard drive.

your help will be so much highly appreciated!
