| Startup Issues Twice had a lockup when in Windows Explorer and running a streaming video. Subsequent tries at rebooting resulted in failure. Only after shutting down and leaving the computer for awhile will it properly boot up. Queried help for boot up information. Got start up repair page. Instructions said to insert installation disk, restart computer, click start, click arrow next to lock, which doesn't have an arrow next to it, but if I click on lock I go back to sign in page. After clicking the lock it says to hit restart, but I'm on the sign in page. So I'm stuck. The next part says press any key to start installation disk. Since following the above I can't get to this part much less run the start up repair. I looked on the installation disk at the files, but didn't see anything that would direct me to the start up repair. I don't think this is a hard drive problem, but a Windows explorer problem. Any help is appreciated.
