Could you try and explain a bit better, or provide a screenshot of the problem?

I do not know a better way to describe but i'll try, when I place my mouse pointer in position to click on something before I click a text appears under pointer from a message or text that I have viewed sometime in the past,I hope this explains my problem a little better and thanks.

ok I think I may have figured a better way to explain my problem, the small text page that pops up is under my cursor when I use my mouse.I place my cursor on a link for left click and before I can click a small text page shows up under the cursor with words from a page I visited earlier sometimes even a day or two earlier, its very annoying as it blocks what you are trying to do with text that is normally be a busy hour glasses location.sure hope someone can help,my mouse and keyboard is a kensington slim blade wireless.

It's some type of utility that was installed probably during installation of another program. You may want to go to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program; see if there's a program installed that you don't use and never installed.

My suggestion to anyone installing a program is to use Custom Installation, when that choice is available, and verify each step to make sure the program doesn't install other utilities by default; e.g. Adobe Reader may install a Google Toolbar if that option is not unchecked, a Java Update may install a Windows search bar, etc.

felix I think your on the right track with the answer you gave me but I have looked for hours and can not find the problem also when I type something there is sometimes hesitation before the typed words appear and I think the two problems are related.

Do you know when it started happening? If you can't think what installed you can always use system restore... It doesn't effect your documents but uninstall drivers and programs.

after some thought I think the problem may have started when I installed the driver for kensington mouse and keyboard drivers but I think I removed that driver and let it use windows driver and problem is still here.
