| More information: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=80403 More information: http://support.microsoft.com If no response there, some of the answers from others include. remove your AV...(uninstall), make sure the sidebar is OFF, disable your firewall. so many things depend on what versions of AV and FW your using.. make sure OE or OE Express is set as your Default Email... Hope this helps... Make sure you reboot after each of the (3) Pre-KB is installed... failure to do so usually corrupts the install....
