There's Start Office and Open Office: http://www.sun.com/software/star/staroffice/index.jsp and http://www.openoffice.org/ respectively. I have not test Start Office and don't know whether there's any difference between the two.

Here are some answers from http://www.openoffice.org/FAQs/mostfaqs.html#6. The Star Office price is about $69.00 US.

What are the differences between StarOffice and OpenOffice.org?

The source code available at OpenOffice.org does not consist of all of the StarOffice code. Usually, the reason for this is that Sun pays to license third-party code to include in StarOffice that which it does not have permission to make available in OpenOffice.org. Those things which are or will be present in StarOffice but are not available on OpenOffice.org include:
Certain fonts (including, especially, Asian language fonts)
The database component (Adabas D)
Some templates
Extensive Clip Art Gallery
Some sorting functionality (Asian versions)
Certain file filters
Commercial spell checker, synonym dictionary
Management tools

There are a lot of cool programs in that Google Pack, thanks sharing the link. It is nice the way a person can choose what they want of the components. I just got a gmail account but had not seen that page.

Thanks for the news. I just configured Windows Live with Gmail IMAP and it worked fine. I didn't see instructions to set it up with Windows Live Mail Desktop, so I used the instructions provided for Outlook Express instead; it worked.

For any artists out there there is an awesome freeware program called Artrage with paint effects that rival those in Procreate Painter. It is light, only 7MB and Pro Cookie is the one responsible for me knowing about it, thanks a bunch.
Here's the link http://www.ambientdesign.com/artrage.html
