| Google Web Browser! Well its official, Goggle has unleashed there very own web browser!! Goggle Chrome is a lightweight but fully functional web browser that's here to rival Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft's Internet Explorer. I have the PUBLIC Beta and i must say its fantastic, its simple, fast and has everything you need and nothing more, no pointless features that bog down the browsing experience. It also has some unique features that are new to the plate, examples are the default homepage that gives you image previews to recently viewed pages, links to closed tabs and access to your bookmarks. The UI is fresh and has a very keep it simple look, it also has some nice transitional effects when using features such as "find on this page" or even clicking on a text field gives it a nice vibrant glow. From a developers point of view I have tested numerous sites some of my own and some well known corporate sites and the rendering seems great, i have yet to see any elements out of place even though the browser is still in Beta. It also has some fantastic features for developers such as "Inspect Element". Simply clicking on any element brings up a very dynamic code viewer, you can browse through style and elements and even run a preformance diagnostics to check loading times. All in all its what you would expect from Google, Simple, Effective and fun! P.S i know what you are all thinking, download link now!!! Well done for making it this far without doing a Google search Download Here! |

| I read your post last night, but VBabble server was down, which for some reason happens a lot, and I couldn't post a reply. But yes, I downloaded it and I'm using it right now. It's big news, more for Microsoft than for us as its competitors are growing and are catching up as well. Google, especially, is turning into a big monster that's beating Microsoft on some fronts. I like this browser, Google Chrome; it's a small download and it's fast. I couldn't access my Hotmail or Live Mail accounts though.

| Ture Felix, i myself could connect to my hotmail however i had to agree that i was using an unsupported browser. I agree this browser is bad news for Microsoft, not only is Google one of there biggest rivals, its also a great product. The only advantage Microsoft have in the browser wars is Windows, think about how many people out there have a Windows PC and either A) Dont know about 3rd party browsers B) Cant be bothered or dont have the time to change there browser. |

| Halo 3 on my mates xbox360 was the dish of the day! To be honest I can see how many companies can slow Microsofts growth, but until someone manages to kick windows in the crotch they wopnt be going away any time soon crabby |

| Im getting into this browser as well, just love everything about it! The UI, the performance and features. Just read that review Felix it has some interesting points, the author said he usually has 40 to 50 tabs open at one time :O I cant be doing with anything over 4 or 5 lol.....Out of interest what's your average tabs usage for you guys? |

| For the most part, I have two tabs open at any given time. However, when I'm doing research, it isn't unusual for me to open six or seven tabs...but not more than that though.

| I use tabs to open lots of things... I think my average tabs must be at least 10... Not only do I have certain sites I like to keep open, but I also use tabs to open multiple links from a page so I don't have to navigate back. crabby |

| I like where the tabs are positioned, way on top of the browser.
