| Mouse for some reason one day when i plugged a mouse in my laptop it just stop working , the red light under the mouse is on, its an optical mouse connected by usb it use to work for like a week and then it just stop working can someone please help me. |

| This is usually an issue with USB device recognition. Go to Device manager and then plug in the device, check where it is recognised. If it is recognised as a unrecognised USB device it might be broken. If it is recognised as a mouse I woul dreinstall the mouse software. crabby |
