| Vista will not boot Have installed Acronis Secure Zone on my Notebook running Vista Home Premium. Now it will not boot and Acronis help are no help. Support will not reply to my e-mails. Can anyone help me with this problem thanks. Busyyou. |

| You need to be more specific. Where does it get to in the boot process? Do you see the green vista loading line? If so, before that press f8 and enter 'safe mode with networking'. See if it boots and if it does remove acronis, then try and boot normally. If it works, there must have been an issue with the acronis installation. As Acronis is Vista compatible I would then try reinstalling it, but if the same thing happens again let us know so we can have a think for you crabby |
