| Further reading a lot of sites..and where almost all errors on installing Vista SP1 comes from: STUPID sites that recommend you removed/delete parts of Vista RTM. Seems that several parts which have been removed - deleted or disabled, can-will-does cause Vista SP1 to Not Install with many different errors. Microsoft says it is the person whom modified, deleted, disabled whom cause the problems NOT THEM -AT THIS TIME.. No I'll not post the links to all the sites>>>many you have to register to read!. but honestly it seems that 1. If you have modified your version of Vista by DELETING or DISABLING some items... 2. REPAIR back to Original RTM defaults... DO NOT HACK - Delete - disable- remove or substitute any files.... 3. When Your version of Vista is OFFICIALLY CORRECT... THEN 3A. INSTALL USING THE STANDALONE COPY 3B. INSTALL USING THE (ok to do) Registery Hack. Microsoft has already said its OK for Pirates to install and use Beta copies of SP1, the KILL switch has been removed and the OEM bypass repair has been removed... So It's Ok for the PIRATES to install the Beta Versions of SP1... The Final Version of SP1, now that could be different, honestly it is UNKNOWN at this time... since almost all STUPID Pirates allow all the PHONE HOMES to connect and send the info back to MS. and many freely click YES its OK to send the info...
