Question Windows-No Disk

Have had Vista since it came out. Haven't had too many issues that weren't correctable. Comcast is my ISP. Went to check email and got the following as soon as email window opened. "Windows-No Disk Exception Processing Message" with a lot of numbers.
I can click on the "X" in upper rite corner and after about 5 or 6 times the window closes. This happens if I have any mail old or new in the "In Box" I can still receive mail and send it....I can go to any of my other mail folders and open them and even send out replies to them...but any time I go to the "in box" the windows no disk pops up and am back at square one. ran mcafee virus scan and can't find anything. Is this a software problem or a hardware problem of some type? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I think it's software related, either malware or anti-virus scanning. Try disabling the scaning software and see what happens.
