| Internet explorer locking up occasionally For some reason IE is locking up and I have to go to task manager to end it. Is this happening to anyone else? I upgraded to IE 8 but still having a problem. Can I set up another browser such as Firefox and have two browsers to choose from? Is there a fix for IE or is this being caused by and auto update sent by microsoft. Any help would be appreciated. peetey |

| I doubt that updates are an issue; difficult to troubleshoot without first looking at your setup though. You may want to open IE, go to tools and look for any toolbars not native to IE; e.g. ask.com, Windows Live, Yahoo or one of the may. These toolbars are sometimes installed automatically when users install software without using the "Customize" installation. Uncheck any Toolbar you may not need. As for browser, you can use Firefox or Google Chrome; there are others, but this two work perfectly fine.
