|  Vista user accounts - SAFE?? Hey, I was just sitting on my bed watching Friends on DVD and for some reason I suddenly went hmmmm, and this is why. When you boot up your PC with user account enabled just how secure is it?? I mean can it be bypassed, cracked, hacked, slapped? I know it can by bypassed on XP with progs and stuff but what about Vista?. Im just wondering thats all  Scenario: I accidently leave my PC on the outside window ledge and someone steals it takes it home and turns it on. Can they load my PC??. Back to Friends now, Joeys learning french

| Did you mean UAC enabled? Or, do you mean with a password required to logon?

| Password to login. On this subject I just found this http://www.techping.com/Software/Adv...ncryption.html which apparently allows anyone who gets hold of your PC to decrypt your EFS protected files without even loggin in. Thats not good. No point using EFS anymore but what about bitlocker, any programs that can access this aswell?
