Hard drive in RAID offline when restart

I have installed a raid 0 set up and when I restart the computer, almost every time a message pops up saying SCANNING FOR IDE...................... then raid controller says drives are OFFLINE . I also have another problem: When I hit the SLEEP button, the computer shuts off, then I go press the power button On to WAKE but it just shows desktop, like it froze before it went to hibernate..... So I reset it and I get the same error..............SCANNING FOR IDE..................OFFLINE.

I don t know what it is? I'm not sure if the BIOS settings are all correct?
