Smile How many drives does your DeviceMngr show !?

how'bout 16 !!

That's right - Floppy, 2x20GB Maxtors, 45GB IBM (2x22GB part.), 160GB WD (4x40GB part.), CDrom, CDR-W, DVDrom, and a multi flash memory (USB2.0) reader divided into 4 different "removable" drives (1 for each digital media card)

That means I used, more or less, 1/2 of the alphabet letters... A - Q

I wonder how Windows would represent more than 26 drives.

BTW, I only have 4 drives.

15 here! Gosh, quick, let's add another 3 1/2 disk drive!

I have:
  • a floppy disk drive at A: (1)
  • a Seagate 80 GB splitted into 6 partitions (6)
  • a CD burner (1)
  • a DVD reader (hopefully replaced soon by a DVD burner) (1)
  • a flash card reader that creates 4 drives (4)
  • a RAM disk (1)
  • a virtual DVD reader (DeamonTools, excellent prog) (1)
That's pretty much it.... hey... I forgot: I have an encrypted volume I mount from time to time (with some "sensitive" material in it). Add 1!

That makes it 16 too, bajo!
