How to recover data off of raid 0 hds.

Hi,
I think my agp port died. There is no video even with a new graphics card.
I had some stuff on the raided drives that I'd like to recover and was wondering if anyone knew how I might do this. I tried putting them on another computer but apparently setting up the raid will erase all the data. I also tried to just turn on the computer and have it connect to the network without video but that doesn't work either (its a shared drive)

Any suggestions would be a great help!
thanks in advance.

Check the video cable, I've had two of them go bad over the years.

On an older Abit board, with a Promise Raid controller, I was able to just install the drives to the new board, and the controller found the array on it's own, allowing me to burn everything to CD. Maybe that would work.

thanks for the ideas.
I'll have to find a pci card. (that might be hard hehe)
By video cable, do you mean to the monitor? I tested the monitor and it works.
I'll check if anyone has an old promise raid mb,
thx again

If you can not get it to work but do have access to another motherboard with RAID, then as a last resort I would try to install the drives in RAID with the same settings that it was installed with. I managed to get an ICH5R RAID 0 to work with a Promise controller. IRC it did say that all data will be destroyed but when it booted I was throughly surprised.
