|  Remember the infamous "DEATHSTAR" courtesy of IBM ?..well, good news finally !! Just got the litigation $100 check in mail today   Still got that 75gxp 46GB sucker laying around... it "only" took about 8 years since the beginning, and 3 years since the action suit started actually rolling in NY.

I've still got two 60GB Deskstars that I used to run on a Promise Ultra66 board modified to RAID. The board eventually crapped out, to my disappointment, but the Deskstars still run fine; diagnostics all check out. I use them for backup and playing with Linux. Noisier than the new SATA's, but they don't make the bad sounds.
