Anyone here wear cowboy boots?

I bought my first pair about 3 months ago (Justins) and I love them. They're really comfortable. I don't know why I didn't buy a pair before!

Used to, sometimes, as an undergrad. They were big for a while in the 80s.

Yes I wear them regularly for the last 35 years, they are the most comfortable boots you can buy.

I got a pair of classic timberlands if that counts . As for actual cowboy big boots, nah, never was into that. Timberlands are fairly comferterable though.

4 pair and counting. Have a pair for working in the yard....makes it real easy to get the mud off.
The rest are my dress shoes when we go out.

Used to work in Justins... then tried Ariat: IMVHO the best support PERIOD in an off-the-shelf "Cowboy" boot. Try a pair sometime, they're suprising!

After several leg injuries I had to give up the more "extreme" heel types. These days I don't wear 'em at all. Red-Wings all the way when working, mostly Lt. Hikers or Tevas as casual wear.
