Thanks for the heads up on this one polonyc2. They were not listed in my TV guide. I caught them both. Both good. I like the story on how Hurley got booked on the Jimmy Kimmel show.

It was a good episode tonight.

Why so long until a new episode?

Good episode. I think Walt's mom is a B***H though. I hated how it ended, especially since we have to wait 2 weeks until the next new episode!

you're joking right??

it's actually understandable that a lot of people might be missing the end of the show every week cuz the show does run over an hour...last nights episode was the longest yet, it ran from 8:00-9:03...so you people that are recording it might be missing the last few minutes

and yes Claire made her return at the very end tonight...Locke and Boone saw her coming out of the jungle in the very last scene...she looked like she had the baby already

that kid Walt seems to have sort of special powers...remember when he was playing dice with Hurley in an earlier episode and each time he rolled he always got the numbers he wanted...and the polar bear from his comic book keeps showing up...and then the bird when he was living with his Mom...maybe he should just wish for a giant rescue boat to show up and it will magically appear

I saw the end. Amazing that it goes from 8:00 to 9:04. I like that. I "missed" the baby thing though. Wasn't watching that closely. But I did see the Claire scene.

I missed the bird thing with Walt. What was that?

back when Walt was living with his Mom and her new husband in Australia, Walt was reading a book about Australian birds...he started to get angry when his Mom and stepfather were ignoring him and all of a sudden the exact bird from his book flew into his window and died...

now one wonders whether Walt's "special powers" were the real cause of his Mom's death along with Michael's car accident (how cool was that car accident scene...it totally startled me when I saw that car come out of nowhere and hit Michael)...seems like Walt is subconsciously making things happen and appear through his mind

I was thinking the same, especially regarding his mom. Seems like Walt was attached to Brian quite a bit. When his mom was distracting Brian's attention, he seemed upset. And that was when she started to feel sick. However, I don't think Michael's accident had anything to do with Walt's powers. It was his rage that made him blind and failed to see the coming traffic.
