| Re: anyone watch Lost? My girlfriend watches that show and frankly I find it ridiculous. I keep expecting mutant space lions to invade the uncharted island's shopping mall and take hostages or something. I hate most network series and this is no exception. "House" is the only one with a modicum of merit IMO. "Lost" should refer to the condition of the viewer not the title since the show makes virtually no sense and there are holes in the plot you could drive a truck through.

| WOW!!...the writers did a great job fooling me...so Jin's was a flashback and Sun's was a flash-forward...2 different flash types in the same episode, a LOST first The date on Jin's tombstone said 09-22-2004 which was the day when the plane went down....so does this mean that Jin never made it off the island and died before or that he dies shortly after being rescued?...is Jin considered one of the Oceanic 6?...is he really dead or still stuck on the island? what an amazing episode...the whole Sun/Jin story, Juliet telling Jin that Sun cheated on him, Michael makes his return, the captain shows Sayid and Desmond the black box of Oceanic 815, Regina commits suicide can't wait for next week...according to the ABC promo "someone will die"

| I hope everyone is still watching one of the best TV shows of all time...LOST will go down in history as one of my Top 3 shows of all time...I'm a member of a few of the die hard LOST forums on the net and it's always fun discussing the show's mythology and small details over there keep watching LOST!!

| I needed a few days to process the whole episode in my head...very cool season finale!!...not as shocking as last year's big 'flash forward' surprise twist but a very nice episode nonetheless the story is starting to all come together slowly but they still continue to pose new questions... -so Michael is the only one I think is officially dead...when Christian appeared right before the freighter exploded and told Michael "time to go" it meant that he could now finally die...in past episodes he couldn't die, no matter how hard he tried....My guess is that now that he has redeemed himself to the island, that Michael’s purpose was now fulfilled and the island was now prepared to let him die a heroic death...by the way Walt sure has gotten bigger since we last saw him!! Jin...I don't believe he is dead...I think everyone thinks he is dead because the freighter blew up...but since he was on the top of the boat right before it exploded I think he landed in the water and is alive...I think Daniel (who is in the life raft) will find him...although it wasn't made clear if Daniel and the life raft also disappeared along with the island -what's up with Sun joining up with Charles Widmore?...does this mean that she it out for vengence against Ben or even Jack and is now teaming up with him?...or is she just tricking him? -is Charlotte an island native?...she stated to Daniel that she was looking for the place where she was born and she and Miles also had a similar conversation where it was implied that she was on the island before...people on the LOST forums are speculating that she might be 'Annie', Ben's childhood sweetheart or possibly even the child of one of the Oceanic 6 survivors -if you watched the previous episode with bonus footage in the Oceanic 6 news conference Jack mentioned that Boone, Libby and Charlie also survived the crash but died shortly afterwards...I was confused by that...why mention Boone, Libby and Charlie as surviviors, If they had to lie about everything why even mention those 3? -where did the island go?...well Ben obviously time traveled from the island to the Tunisian desert because a couple of episodes back he landed in the desert wearing that same Dharma jacket with that same cut on his arm...but where did the island go?...My guess is that it's in the same spot where it's always been — it just rematerialized in reality 10 months in the future, just like Ben -in the scene where Kate got a mysterious phone call (right before she saw Claire) the voice on the other end said, "The island needs you....You have to go back before it's too late.''...you have to play the message backwards to understand what the person was saying -Locke!...Jeremy Bentham?...Why is he calling himself Jeremy Bentham? How did he get off the Island? Did he really kill himself? What happened on the Island after he left?...lots of questions about Locke left to be answered...in last year's season finale Jack was looking at a newspaper article about someone's funeral...if you look at the article again you can see that the name on it is 'Jeremy Bentham', so they had it planned all along and they are not making stuff up as they go along -so how are they going to tell the story next season, what is going to be the 'present time'?...the people left on the island or the Oceanic 6 in the future? it's gonna be a long 8 months until the new season starts up in January/February 2009...this season got sorta messed because of the writers strike which caused the breaks between a few episodes...next season there is going to be 17 straight episodes with no repeats...also only 2 more seasons left of LOST so we should start getting a lot of answers (hopefully) BONUS: on Good Morning America the day after the finale aired, they showed 2 alternate endings that were filmed for the finale...they wanted to make sure that the secret of who was in the coffin was not spoiled so they filmed 2 other people dead in the coffin as well...check out the video to see the 2 alternate endings...
