| Computer Games Magazine Subscription People don't subscribe to Computer Games Magazine if you can help it. I wrote them a check last month for renewing my subscription, which cleared the bank on April 9TH. I have yet to recieve the May 2003 issue or the June 2003 issue which is out on store shelves right now. I have emailed them, but doubt that I will hear back from them. I have doubts about calling them, as I have the feeling I'll get the run around. I have decided that, I'm going to file a fraud complaint against them with the Attorney General's office of the state I live in. This is bulloney for these jerks to think they can get away with screwing me.

| It takes about 60 days to get a subscription going for a customer. Labels are printed 30 days before the magazine. Your situation is normal. Call them with your account number and they will send you whatever issues you need. __________________ Visit and chat with the AsusBuds at the #asusboards channel on EFnet Internet Relay Chat If you don't have it then download mIRC from www.mIRC.com |

| Hogwash, It shouldn't take them 60 days to send out the May 2003 issue or the June 2003 issue which is already on store shelves. I've subscribed to magazines in the past and it didn't take no 60 days to get the first issue. I know better this isn't normal, and I've had it with them. Tell me Traveler, you wouldn't happen to work for Computer Games Magazine would you, which is probably why you're giving me the song and dance routine, claiming it takes 60 days, when I know better.

| I'm going to nail them. Under the laws of my state it is not legal for them to pull something like this. As for you Traveler my age is none of yours or anyone else's business.

| Keep us posted with your proceedings ATINUT. All of us here definitely want to know the outcome of this as well as the proceedings as they happen. Post the case number as soon as the state attorney assigns one so we can help by letting your state know that you have press and publicity behind you. Someday we may be in the same situation as you. |
