couple good uses for fiber optics

I've heard about using fiber optics to use natural light inside buildings before but this is the first time about using a single point of light for lighting inside freezers and stuff.

Fiber optics lighting the way

Hybrid solar lighting

Very clever. It's nice to see energy efficient technologies like these.

That natural lighting deal with a dish on the roof and such is quite ingenious.

Hmmmmm! My 1980 odd Mini Metro used fibre optics to illuminate the dashboard switches!!

Did it have a Lucas system? It must be fun driving at the speed of darkness...
