Dell Reboot

Hello, basically I have a Dell like 3200 or 2300 can't remeber what one, and i need to reboot it because its just slow and full of crap, how can i reboot it, last time i did it i rung up dell and the guy asked me for like £40 for him to tell me how to do it but i ended up saying no so he did it for free it was like Esc + F11 or somthing cant remeber can any one help ?

Multiple posts of the same question are considered bad form, and will turn people off. "Rebooting" means re-starting, which you can do via the power switch or the start button. I think you are asking how to restore the computer's software from the hidden recovery partition. You can probably do that by hitting the control key and the F11 key at the same time while the computer is starting up (press them multiple times while "Dell" appears on the screen, until there is a response).

Restoring the computer like that will set it back to its original "as delivered" condition, so you will lose all of your documents and emails that are not first backed up to separate drives, or to media such as cd's or usb keys.
