As far as fast food being unhealthy, this is new and groundbreaking information and I am sure glad you told me about this. Alert the media. Just recently a coworker of mine gave me that speech about fast food being unhealthy, ALL fast food being unhealthy without question. I asked if a bottle of water at McDonalds was unhealthy and fattening and high calorie... "no, it's just water." What about a dressing-free salad? Is a McDonald's salad with just some greens and vegetables a fatty, artery-clogging, vein-bursting thing? "no..." By the same token, you, your mom, your wife, your friends, anyone you know is perfectly and 100% capable of preparing a meal every bit as brutally fattening and unhealthy as a McDonald's meal. Your mom can probably cook up a double cheeseburger. Because of this, your mom cooks unhealthy, disgusting food, and you should view anything she cooks as you would a McDonald's meal. Fast food places make no big secret about the health factors associated with their food. They have nutrition placards and sheets all over, and you can go to <fast food place>.com and prepare a meal and see online before you ever leave the house, how many calories a meal is. Does your mom do this? Maybe she's trying to hide something! As far as health inspectors and whatever, it depends on where you go, the people that work there, the volume of work they get, etc. Did you try calling the health inspector again? Did you try moving up the chain? Rattle enough branches and you eventually can get some response.
