| no, only when the wind is strong out of the NW, most of the time you can smell it. it is funny they are located about 1/2 mile from the campus and accross US HWY 2 which runs right next to it. they have "fog warning" signs for the area of the factory because when they are fully operational and the wind is strong, you cant see the factory!

| i am hoping for that as well. My rates should drop a little this fall as i had a speeding ticket 3 years ago that is finally off my record as of a few weeks ago.

| and my driving record can have a negative affect on my future caree  so i don't speed anymore, it just doesn't make sense to me unless the rest of traffic is and it wouldn't be safe to travel much slower
