Guitar great Jeff Healy has passed away...

God Bless him...

I used to play his music when I was a radio DJ here in Austin. He was also great as the singer/guitarist of the house band in the terrific "B" movie "Road House".

Re: Guitar great Jeff Healy has passed away...

I remember him from the Swayze suck-fest Road House. He was one of very few good things in that movie.

I own that movie and consider it one of life's little guilty pleasures. Well, that and my collection of naughty nurse videos.

Calling it "guilty pleasures" means you have a sense of decency. I'm disappointed now.

Well, I wouldn't go that far. Kelly Lynch in scrubs is the real reason I watch it. Or was it her crisp, white lab coat?
