| Welcome! I used to post and read those forums at maximumpc (as Biff da Stiff) but after buying a cusl2 mobo, this is where it's at! Still, some good info over there too, and sometimes I still post there for other opinions. Madonion.com also has some great forums with some really knowledgable people.

| I know what you mean - I've been visiting some of the other forums lately to see how they run. The site administrator here (CJ) is looking at doing some changes here when time permits and I've been doing some scouting. I'm not fond of swimming with Piranna's, I'd much rather this site stays around and grows...

| hey Ozzie, i was skimming thru the threads and i saw one on this website. i dont know if anybody mentioned this but it might be a good idead if there was a buy/sell/trade section for members of this site. for example: if sombody has spare parts or something that they dont need they could get rid of it to somebody that needs it and will put it to good use. and one for system file, dlls, drivers, well i am getting ahead of myself. almost quitin time so ill check back with you guys later. oh and thank you for the warm welcome Ozzie and randy. |

| I agree that we need a buy sell page. I'm looking for a new radeon LE or geforce MX range vidcard and I'm sure some of you geforce3 hot dogs have one of these you could unload for a decent price! (hint hint)

| ToBeMe had also suggested that in the Comments & Suggestions forum. http://www.cusl2c.com/vbulletin/show...?threadid=2904 CJ has some concerns about it. ToBeMe said it could be done legally. Maybe you guys should post to that forum or my thread in general about the direction of the forum... http://www.cusl2c.com/vbulletin/show...?threadid=2518

| AKARWOWSKI, Welcome! randyminer's right, this is where it's at for CUSL2 people. A great deal of the things here have wider application, as well. I especially like the "Low-Flame" quotient. Nobody knows everything, and everyone has to start somewhere. Around here you can get help or enter a discussion at any level, from newbies on up as far as you care to go, with a reasonable expectation that you won't get harassed. Good luck with the Black Pearl. All I can do is drool: I've always liked the pretty ones! Later, Bill

| Welcome AKARWOWSKI, This is the best website out there for support on the CUSL2 series. Take the time to search out the threads you are interested in and study, read, post, then follow it up. There may be a hundred questions all the same answer. But we try to make it real and honest in each post. And not have all the sharks that are at those other forums! Congrats on the Pearl, what processor? TIHFY Til I Hear Form You [Edited by demenace on 04-21-2001 at 09:24 AM] |

| Welcome onboard AKARWOWSKI, Changes will be made to this forum and the frontpage ASAP. It's just a little hectic lately with some of us, especially CJ. Sometimes there are just other priorities that go first.

| SKI, demenace, SubZero, bajo, thank you guys for the warm welcome. i was going thru the threads and its seems like a good place to be. i have a p3 1000 133 cCo stepping, mayalasia, SL4MF chip. the guy at http://www.outsideloop.com really took care of me. i told him thats the specific chip i needed and he shipped it to me. the main reason why i got this specific chip is becouse http://www.overclockers.com , their database showed they overcook real good. anybody have any helpful hints on that. i am going from a p2 400. i already have the creative gforce2 ultra, getting the supermicro760a 400w on monday, ordering the 75 gig ibm, plextor 16x, and mushkin high per. rev 2 in about 2 minutes. |
