How long to 300 posts and avatar?

I've seen some discouraged thoughts lately about those who have not reached the 300 posts for an avatar yet.

So those of you who have reached that goal...why don't you state how long (or short) it took you to get it to show them that it doesn't take long.

For me, it took about 6 weeks.....yep, less than 2 months.

Who else?

Yeah, I think it was under 2 months for me too. I'm guessing about a month and a half? Piece of cake guys.

well i registered on 04-03-2001 as I had a question about my new cusl2-c board but it's only lately I've been posting a bit more. Since i came back after my exile it took me 3 months to get to 300.

well as you can see by reg date, i'd be considered a fuddy duddy by now , I am closing in on 300, I just don't have a lot of time to engage in or start as many posts as I would like but I do value being apart of such incredible vault of knowledge here

and I hope to become more envolved soon..........

The first 300 seem to take forever, the rest just goes by quickly.

Hey swannema, just saw your post and I have to wonder, my god we have the same registration date and you are over 5,000 posts ! I still have not hit 300, ahhhhh I just freaked (-:, don't be offended by this ? but do you work, hehe lol....... only kidding of course

I am not offended at all. Yep I do work and I only post in off work hours. Big Brother is watching all the time. See it's not that bad, only about 8.5 posts a day.
