Actually, I log on in the morning at work and get caught up from the night before (if I have time). Then I check before lunch, after lunch, late afternoon before going home, when I get home.

But seriously - I can quit anytime I want

minor inconveniences (work, sleep, family) keep me from being here on a truly regular basis....but I try....
