| I've taken a class in Function-Oriented Programming at my current study. We used a derivative of LISP called Scheme. It was complete with graphical toolkit and stuff like that. Quite interesting to try really and definitely different from the Java programming that we usually do.

| (oh (yes (lisp is) definitely (more (different (than many) would (think))))) Luckily we use emacs when we program at the uni so the paranthesis-problem is easily solve. I hate LISP though, plain and simple. One of the most uninspiring pieces of programming language ever made. Yuck!! I currently attend a course in object-oriented programming with Java. Very good lecturer, works at Ericsson in Göteborg. Superb even! He drives 300km to Linköping every monday to do a 4h lecture, then drives back 300km. He must be getting a filthy amount of money. -kONGO |
