Not only is that board way over your budget, but I think those 2 fans will drive you nuts after a while. If you are definitely sure that you will not be using SLI, I strongly suggest that you stick with an Intel chipset. They run cooler, are generally more stable, and their drivers are more "lightweight" than nVidia's. The Gigabyte DS3 is an excellent choice. Unless there is some feature that you absolutely can not live without that can only be found on nVidia's chipsets, you should get the Gigabyte DS3 or whatever Intel based motherboard that has all the features you want.

The GA-965P-DS3 is a very good board and i would reccommend that one. I would stay away from nvidia chipsets with all cost.
