| iaudio I've owned an iaudio M3 for about a year and can only speak admirably about the product and company. The product was extremely well engineered and the company supports their products well. Bang per $ I think it smoked the IPOD and this is the next generation of digital audio player.

| Looks impressive. I'm thinking of getting a mp3 player and this one is near the top of my list.

| Ipod has one of the best marketing machines out there. It's developed a cool factor that will keep it at the top even though there are dozens of superior machines at more affordable prices. Kid's aren't asking for MP3 players for their birthdays, they're asking for Ipods. The only thing that can potentially hurt Ipod right now is if subscription services like Napster really catch on. A drive full of music for the cost of one CD a month is pretty seductive to some. Of course, there's nothing stopping Apple from adding a subscription service.

| well if anyone is buying an ipod to be cool, or any other mp3 player for that matter then i feel sorry for them. but to not like the ipod or again any other mp3 player simply because everyone has one doesn't make sense to me either. i've tried other mp3 players, and the ipod is by far the easiest to use.
