It's quite amazing what people will spend money on. I guess people are making buckets of money out there, and giving away $220 is no big deal.

It's a good idea though.

Somebody's trying to cash in on the online casino's publicity caper of buying the cane related to a boy's fear of ghosts, the partially eaten sandwich that was supposed to have the image of the Virgin Mary, and the naughty kids' Christmas presents. Even if they don't luck out with the casino, the bid is already $225. Maybe I will sell my fear of heights.

As a parent who will soon be facing the "Monster under the Bed" I find the story hilarious and an ingenious way to rid the house of this little devil. Woudl I sell such a thing on eBay - likely not but at least the money is going to a decent cause - or one can hope.
