And yes I did go to the Doctor about it, and since I have no other side affects it is not much to worry about. I did get some darvocet that will help me sleep at night though.

Have you seen it? Sounds incredibly bad/good! Take a look at the worst 100 films of all time at the IMDB: http://www.imdb.com/chart/bottom The lowest-rated is at 1.6. The most well-known low-rated film in the list is probably Gigli at 2.2, #27. And that's with 11 502 votes!

The movie is Gymkata. I saw it at the movies when I was about 14 or 15 and even then laughed at how horribly stupid it was. According to that bottom 100, it has the numbers to be in there (rated 2.7), but according that page, it requires 625 votes before it will go there (and it only has 559 votes).

The only things that stand out in my mind are these two scenese. You remember the premise of the movie was that our "hero" combined "karate" and "gymnastics" into his special martial art he called "gymkata". He gets into the foreign town, bad third world Eruropean type country it was supposed to be. He walks into a back alley with no escape as a few assailants are coming after him. What is between the two walls of the alley? It just happens to be a gym bar? Wasn't that horribly convenient? No...not a metal pole, it was a gym bar. You could see it flexing and bending as he swung on it. The other one was near the end when he had nearly the whole bad guy army after him. He goes into this little town square and there is a little statue which is coincidentally shaped exactly like an iron horse. Voila! He iron horses around to kick them all as they come up one by one. Ugh! My head hurts just remembering it!!!
