How can you not love a cigar-smoking beast who says "excuse me"?

Looks good. Though I'm sort of fed up with too much CGI these days. I caught some of Star Wars III (still haven't seen 'em!) a couple weeks ago in between hockey periods and liked those special effects much more. It's the lighting that does it, I think, CGI usually is too shiny and never "just right".

CGI done by ILM (Industrial Light & Magic) looks the best by far...I can tell which movie uses ILM just by looking at the quality of the CGI...they really do an amazing job and nothing looks fake...people like to rip George Lucas but he has done more for special effects and sound re-production then anyone else in history (Skywalker Sound is another one of his studios)...didn't Lucas also create THX?

LOTR did look pretty good. Though I remember not being too hot for the physics of the Orcs and whatnot. I can buy that they're strange creatures in a fantasy world, but not that the laws of gravity suddenly change compared to characters played by humans. Yes, I'm picky, but that didn't stop me from enjoying the movies.

I thought that LOTR's CGI looked much better than all of the new SW movies my ILM.
