Official Xbox 360 Image Leaked?

could this be what the XBOX 360 will look like??...this image has quickly gained attention as the first legitimate picture of Microsoft's next-generation Xbox...Sources have vouched for its authenticity, however enthusiastic gamers won't receive official confirmation from Microsoft until May 12, when the new Xbox debuts on MTV

Doubt it. I would guess it is wireless or has access to the controllers on the right side. The image looks too sterile to me. Look at the lettering on the cd door. Looks too photoshop.

actually, ign ran a story on this image and it actually appears to be incredibly high resolution, and done in CMYK instead of RGB signaling that it may be real.

Also, xbox2 controllers are slated to be wireless, so it makes sense to only have one "port" on the front.

I agree about the photoshoppiness. Also doesn't it seem odd that the "base" (on the left) would make the CD Door at the bottom and the power button upside down if set on its side? The power button sideways and the slender CD tray makes me think laptop drive with snap on spindle for disks.

Also it seems odd to me that M$ would put that little design distinction into what will be one of their biggest grossing products. It's too plain, in my opinion. Even if that is a genuine image I'd be disappointed if that's all the styling we're going to have with the new XBox.

Hmmm I like the idea of Wireless controllers, but I am one for the force feedback option on controllers. Do they have Wireless Forcefeeback controllers yet? I haven't checked into that lately at all since I have been to busy with my PC. I know I shouldn't get the new Xbox 360 when it comes out, but I most likely will anyways. I got my current one free from a radio show contest

so I guess I can fork out the cash for this new one.

Xbox 360 will indeed play original Xbox games after all. And what's more, Xbox Live will allow owners of either console to play together....

if that is indeed true then I might actually be tempted to buy my first console since the Atari 2600!!!
