It's more for entertaining then just getting your grub on. Even though the grub is good. Because each individual gets to make thier own it allows for variation and lots of fun. You get to sit around a table, each make your own mini-meals, and enjoy some good company.
What kind of meals do you make? It does sound like fun.

The 2 main parts of the meal are potatoes and cheese. Everything else is personal choice. I prefer a little bacon or honey ham, mushrooms, and of course cheese!

My wife likes different cheeses and seafood .

I have had some thinly sliced marinated meats (sooooo tender) some onions, and jack cheese and I loved it. Cook the meats with the onions, then add the cheese, a few minutes later, take it out and put it over about half a small potatoe and enjoy your creation! You are only limited by your imagination, and your own palate.

I have seen some cookbooks out there. Amazon maybe? Take a look!

I broke down and bought one.

I wanted on that had the option to put the spoons on the sides. This one got some good reviews and didn't cost too much. We'll give it a whirl and let you know how it goes when it gets here.
