| Re: Well, dang...the cancer's back... Dude, just caught this thread. You are an amazing asset to this forum, hang in there and get well soon. As you have said, you've done it before, therefore you can do it again, and you are strong and have a good family. I'm not much for praying, never have been, but I just took the time to say one for you. I just hope the good lord's inbox wasn't full and wasn't out of office.

| Re: Well, dang...the cancer's back... Radio, TV, internet, industrial...virtually whatever I can do. Everything from a narration for the Art Institute of Chicago to some acting parts in a National Weather Service video to regional car dealer commercials and other retail TV and radio projects. Been at it for over twenty five years. I'm also a copywriter and project director. I'm really looking forward to next week when I can start treatment (which should quickly begin to alleviate the pain I'm in) and see the ear, nose and throat specialist to see why my vocal chords are so messed up.

I have to reckon that God, having done such a (big) bang up job on creating the universe has to have a pretty decent IT guy to keep his inbox operational all the time. No salary, of course, but the lodging must be awesome.

| Re: Well, dang...the cancer's back... Got my "attitude" haircut yesterday. Short, military style. (There's a picture of me over in the "general category" photo section that was taken a month before I stopped chemo back in '06. I was also then sporting the attitude haircut. It's the photo of me and some food...) I'd allowed my hair to grow long in the last two years since I got off chemo. Now the last time I didn't lose the hair on my head, but it did get really thin and whispy, so in order to prepare for treatment I cut it short. While I didn't lose my hair on the top of my head I did lose it everywhere else. And I mean everywhere.
