Spiderman 2 today-not a bad movie-far superior to the first one which was just so-so at best for me. SM2 was far better written and Dr Ock really looked good in this movie.

Watching Jaws right now on Bravo Channel. What is it with this movie? You see it every year and it still fascinates. I can't wait for the Indianapolis monologue....

"Farewell and adieu to ye fair Spanish ladies
Farewell and adieu to ye ladies of Spain!"

My brother loves the scene where the captain sings that. It reminds him of our family. My Dad would be the one running the engine to death, I'd be the one telling him to ease off, my brother would be the one sitting back watching both sides.

I guess my Mom would be the shark, not putting up with any of the nonsense.

The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King on DVD. I forgot a lot about the movie. And I was so excited when it was in theatres I kind of forgot everything about it.

There are some annoying points and some "action hero" quips like "Time to die!" But there are also brilliant scenes - Gollum cavorting with the Ring, for example. Or the Oliphaunts. Or the cool, glowing Minas Morgul.

Just saw Spiderboy II. We enjoyed it. It was done very nicely - action, love, failure, challenge, triumph, and all of those things that grab us in the heart and stomach.

This was an excellent movie!!

Rare that the sequel is actually better than the original but this is definately the case with Spiderman 2!

Don't miss this one.
